Many say that worrying is an important part of daily life. They compare it to eating or breathing. People have also told me that it is inherently impossible not to worry. Well, after starting my non-worry journey over a year ago, I can honestly say that it is VERY possible. Growing up, I never really understood just how valuable having my mother around was. She always seemed to nag me, or want me to do things a certain way, and I really disliked that. Being 28 years old, having gone through a “lifetime movie” of experiences, with her never leaving my side, not even once, I am grateful to call her mom.
