Why is self-confidence so darn important?
You've probably been taught that self-confidence is just an "idea" or "a concept" that only SOME people have access to. But self-confidence, self-worth and self-esteem is so much more than that. It is our literal superpower! When you are confident, you spread that energy everywhere you go and apply it to everything you do. Having no confidence holds you back from doing great things and keeps you limited and stifled. Low self-confidence affects your personal relationships, your job, and every area of your life because you become consumed with feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness.
"Nothing holds you back more than your own insecurities." - Albert Pike
If you believe in yourself and feel confident in yourself, you can do absolutely anything. I sincerely believe that.
You can develop confidence that lasts!
I know how you feel. I know exactly what it's like to feel like you're worthless, ugly, and stupid, and that you couldn't possibly make any difference in a world that's so big and you're so small.
For years I struggled to find my confidence too and to heal from the baggage/weight of my past. So many times we mistakenly believe that only some people can change the world or only some people have killer confidence- but that's not true...
Moving from self-hating and broken to a speaker, writer and confidence coach, I understand what it takes to develop self-confidence that lasts. It lies in your ability to not only recognize that you have inner greatness but to act and live like you believe you do!
If you're anything like me then you're desperate to change your life and transform yourself but you're stuck. Let me get you unstuck so you can become an unstoppable force. No fluff. No fairytales. Just practical tips that work.
"You have been criticizing yourself for years, and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens." - Louise L. Hay
